A free roof inspection from Tusk Roofing is a close look at your roof, and your attic where accessible, to check for storm damage, wear, leaks and failing flashing. We photograph what we find and walk you through it in plain English, with no pressure. It costs nothing and tells you whether you need anything at all.
What we check
On the roof: shingles on every slope, ridge caps, flashing at walls, chimneys and valleys, pipe boots, vents, and soft metals that show hail marks. Around the house: gutters, downspouts and fascia. In the attic where accessible: water stains, daylight, damp insulation and signs of poor ventilation.
Photos of everything we find
You shouldn't have to take a roofer's word for it. We photograph damage and wear as we go, mark hail hits with chalk so they're easy to see, and show you the pictures afterward.
A plain-English walkthrough, no pressure
After the inspection we explain what we saw: whether the roof is fine, needs a repair, or should be replaced, and why. If there's storm damage, we'll explain how the claims process works so you can decide whether to file. The decision is yours.

Yes. There's no charge for the inspection and no obligation to hire us afterward.
What do you look at during an inspection?
Shingles, ridge caps, flashing, pipe boots, vents, gutters and soft metals on the outside, and the attic where accessible for stains, daylight and damp insulation.
Will I get photos?
Yes. We photograph damage and wear as we go and walk you through the pictures afterward.
Should I get an inspection even if I don't see damage?
After a hail or wind storm, yes. Most storm damage can't be seen from the ground, and catching it early gives you time to decide what to do.
What happens if you find storm damage?
We explain what we found and how the insurance claims process works. You decide whether to file. If you do, we can meet your adjuster on the roof and answer their questions.
